Inside the Augustiner am Dom Restaurant in Munich. The place is owned by the Augustiner Brewery (it has been been brewing beer since 1328!). The staff wear traditional costumes and food served is local fare. Beer is plentiful and life is good! June 2012.
I am an avid traveller and a self-confessed shutterbug with no formal training in photography. I prefer using a point and shoot camera for convenience. I also like to keep photoshopping to a minimum so my photographs are realistic. Regardless, I hope you enjoy viewing them. I am based in Ontario, Canada. Update: since the pandemic I have curtailed my travels. I hope to resume starting in 2023. In the meantime and since retiring end of 2019, I have been enjoying the great outdoors, spending time with family, reading, playing the piano, and trying my hand at poetry.
