This pretty spring perennial (name unknown) is a great ground cover and seeds very well. In fact, I have had to pull out a lot of the shoots to make space in my little backyard garden for other plants to grow! June 2013.
I am an avid traveller and a self-confessed shutterbug with no formal training in photography. I prefer using a point and shoot camera for convenience. I also like to keep photoshopping to a minimum so my photographs are realistic. Regardless, I hope you enjoy viewing them. I am based in Ontario, Canada. Update: since the pandemic I have curtailed my travels. I hope to resume starting in 2023. In the meantime and since retiring end of 2019, I have been enjoying the great outdoors, spending time with family, reading, playing the piano, and trying my hand at poetry. I will definitely be on the look out for it next Spring so I can email you the name of the plant, Cheryl. It is a great ground cover - in fact as invasive as a pesky weed. However, the flowers do make up for the inconvenience. Cheers!
